Hollow Tree Workshop

Craft your own original "Hollow" Holiday Tree at this exciting workshop with Overocker Woodworking!  Hollow trees can be either hung on the wall or stand alone, and can be spruced up with ornaments or fairy lights.  This is the perfect time to learn a new skill and give a story to an annual Holiday decoration.

Each ticket is good for one builder and one assistant.  You will receive expert help and guidance from Overocker Woodworking and bring home your creation. This is a perfect family or friends activity. Tickets are $60 and includes instruction, materials, your finished product, and refreshments.  

Please sign up using an email you check often: important safety information and instructions will be sent in the days leading to the program.  All participants will be required to sign a safety waiver for Overocker Woodworking and Hawthorn Hollow.

Instructors Bio

Overocker Woodworking is more than a business. We are a family. I am Tom Overocker, owner and Cabinetmaker with more than 20 years of woodworking experience. Kristina, my wife of nearly 20 years has assisted me in the workshop, learning skills as gaining experience with each new build. Our children, Audrey and Grant, have grown up playing in the sawdust and now enjoy working alongside us on custom builds. We turn workshop time into family time. 

As a participant in our classes we will work with you. Meet you where you are at. Build you up; not tear you down. Woodworking is a fantastic and diverse art. We want you to share in our joy of learning new skills and mastering a craft.
