Hawthorn Hollow is the perfect place to explore this 4 week course on meditation. Walk the trails to quiet the mind, soothe the psyche, and nourish the body. Utilizing the creek, woods, and prairie, topics will be presented to foster positive habits that cultivate a sense of connection within oneself. Decrease your sympathetic nervous system and increase your parasympathetic nervous system. We will be on uneven terrain. Meet at the nature center.

Classes will be held outside in the beauty of nature. We will meet at Hawthorn Hollow’s Nature Center.
In the event of inclement weather classes will be held indoors.
Pamela Grubb, LSW, MSW, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT is a certified yoga therapist and owner of Mindful Yoga Studio in Kenosha, WI. She has been studying and teaching the healing art of yoga and meditation for 40+ years. She teaches breath awareness to create stability for the mind and body. With a background in rehabilitation medicine, she has a strong focus on working with various health-related issues. She emphasizes building a solid foundation based on breathwork, alignment, and meditation to create overall healing promoting a functional and therapeutic practice for everyday living.
