Our playground is the beauty of nature on the trails of Hawthorn Hollow. Meet at the Nature Center. We will walk to the prairie (near the school house), put out our mats and enjoy a short warm up practice. Then let’s get grounded and calm as we hike through the prairie and woods overlooking the Pike River, stopping for yoga along the way. We will end at our mats for a cool down and relaxation. Perfect for summertime away from everyday distractions.
Classes will be held outside in the beauty of nature. We will meet at Hawthorn Hollow’s Nature Center.
In the event of inclement weather classes will be rescheduled. Attendees will be contacted via email.
Pamela Grubb, LSW, MSW, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT is a certified yoga therapist and owner of Mindful Yoga Studio in Kenosha, WI. She has been studying and teaching the healing art of yoga and meditation for 40+ years. She teaches breath awareness to create stability for the mind and body. With a background in rehabilitation medicine, she has a strong focus on working with various health-related issues. She emphasizes building a solid foundation based on breathwork, alignment, and meditation to create overall healing promoting a functional and therapeutic practice for everyday living.
